Vacation is for relaxation but this is quite difficult for some people and that includes myself. Everytime we are on vacation, I feel so unrelaxed because I keep on thinking all the things needed to be done to make our vacation fun and memorable. After researching, planning, organizing, phone calls, packaging, arrangements and travel anxiety, I still find myself racing, my hearts still thumping and beginning to stress over the trip home. Relaxing doesn't just mean settling in a lounge chair and hoping for the best. Like your concentrated planning for the vacation itself, relaxing too, must be organized.
My husband said, Don't plan any exerting activity on the first day. Instead, arrange for a little pampering, sleep late, get a massage, partake a satisfying continental breakfast. Get a morinng walk. Do activities that you always enjoy to minimize the stress of trying new things.

I agree with your husband. The first day is the time to relax from the trip. After that then you can do other things.
dear, if possible don't think of what might happen right? what's the use of having a vacation, maybe you just want it to be perfect for your family that's why your acting like that...

Your husband has the point..Don't think to much that will lead you to be uncomfortable..take it easy..make things on organized then take time to deal with enjoyment and relax just a little time..vacation is for family affair.its time ti deal with your partner and your children.
