Negative Review from My Customer

It's Family day today in Canada. I am glad I have extra day to finish the household chores. I will do my regular bloghopping later on today. I just feel a little sad about the product review I receive from one of my customers. She didn't like the Mineral Concealer that she ordered because it made her fine lines to be more visible. I guess I have to put on the description of the product that the Mineral Concealer makeup is not to hide fine lines and wrinkles but to help hide some minor blemishes. And she said it was dry... And she said it was very dry!! What can I do, it's loose powder and she choose not to include vegetable oil to reduce some dryness on the product. Oh well, I guess it's hard to please everyone.

Don't worry about bad feedbacks TEY you will not be successful if there is nothing like that. The more people are interested if there is a negative so drive traffic and for the curiosity they will order. Hmmm its just my idea but it works sometimes. Just visiting you here hope you have a successful business online. I am lonely alone with my son in the house because hubby is in search of a job more than 1000 miles away from home. I hope he have a job soon.

Hi Tey,
Don't mind it. You're right, you cannot please all customers. People have different skin and skin care needs. Women should know the type of skin care products they need and not needlessly blame the product they bought. It might have been a case of a wrong product she purchased. She might be needing another kind, one that would suit her particular skin care needs. You have to be a skin care expert to give the right advice to your customers. If not, hire somebody who will do that for you. Thanks for your post. God bless you always.
