The ingredients that I ordered that I will use for the new recipe I have been planning, arrived yesterday. I have been wanting to create a Mineral Foundation that has glow and shimmer for darker skin with oily and acne prone skin. My Ultimate Mineral Shimmer Foundation will create a grayish skin tone if used by someone with darker and oily skin. So I though it would be nice to create a foundation with glow and shimmer for women with darker and oily skin.
