I feel sad for refunding one transaction from England UK. I know that online shopping is not YET popular on countries like UK, compare to America. Canada is now starting to be hooked in online shopping. That's why there is only few merchants who offer direct products and services online from countries like UK. I realized that it might be frustrating for people living in this countries to buy products online that is coming from outside their territory. The shipping cost is terribly high.

I have to charge her over CAD$30 to CAD$45.00 for regular standard shipping for package weighing about 2.4 lbs. Frustrated as anyone can be, she have to choose to withdraw her order, rather than sending me an additonal amount for the shipping.

I offer my Mineral Makeup and Natural Skin Care products internationally. If you are ordering outside USA and Canada, and your order is more than 1 lbs, your shipping will cost about CAD$20.00 and an additonal CAD%5.00 per 0.5 lbs. But you can be charge for the shipping for a minimum of CAD$5.00. This minimum will usually occur on Mineral Makeups particularly the Free Samples and Mineral Makeup Kits.
