I went to the Laser Clinic today for my facial deep pore cleaning. I feel great and my face feels so clean after.

Saving The Money For Juvederm

I had my laser treatment today and my face is so red. I wanted to go out tomorrow to add up some activities during the day, but I don't think I can do that because of my red face. But that's okey, I will just stay at home for a couple of days and probably clean the house again.

I didn't buy the treadmill on sale at walmart because I am not sure if our budget is enough for this. Loosing Weight During Vacation

I am just having a cup of tea and then I will do my morning dance exercise. I will not do weight lifting because It makes me look bulky. I will just concentrate on dancing and running.

I am still having a second thought of buying a treadmill because we have so many expenses at home. Although, I must admit that this is the time that I really need a treadmill so I can do my workout two times a day.

I will try to loose weight even if I am on a holiday vacation and I will start watching the food that I eat today. I need to focus on eating fruits and vegetables and avoid carbohydrates as this makes me fat.

Fitness For Holiday Vacation

I just placed the order for another two exercise videos at video collage. I need an exercise videos that contain less than 40 minutes workout so I can have time to do some abs workout.

I also would like to start the kickboxing workout that's why I included on my order the Kelly Coffey 30 minutes Kickboxing DVD. This will save me time to do more abs workout at least every other day. The rest of the days will all be for my dance cardio workout.

The parties are over so my weight loss diet and fitness exercise will start tomorrow. Watching the portion of the food, focusing on veggies and fruits. Then I will do two workout everyday. Every other day dance cardio plus abs and the step aerobics. I still have to look at the budget if we can afford to buy a treadmill.

Knee Pain In Running

I need to pay attention to the kind and amount of foods that I eat this holiday. I am gained one pound and I feel bad about it. I can't run at the gym because my knees are hurting, so I guess I can only dance at home for a while.

This is the problem that most people experience when running is their form of exercise. The knees can be damamged if it is overused through running. I was planning to run only 2 to 3 times a week, but I already had this pain.

So I guess I can only do my dance exercise for now until my knees start feeling better. Too bad that I only have until Wednesday to run at the gym since I am on holiday vacation until January 3, 2011.

Worry About The Sudden Change

I need to have juvederm treatment but since I am going to have my 4th and last laser treatment on the last week of this month, I might just have the juverderm sometime next month. My Beauty Treatment On Holiday

I have set the schedule for my 4th laser treatment but it will be sometime on the last week of this month. Which mean, that I will have my juvederm treatment after the holidays. I have been wanting to buy my own scrubs to use at home. I really think they look very nice and very comfortable specially during summer.
