
I have been suffering from pain in some part of my body particularly my legs. I am sometimes asking myself if this is how really painful life can be, as we get old. I sometimes don't know what to eat anymore.
First, I am trying to lose weight and fortunately, I was able to lose 20 pounds in 3 months which I very proud. But I noticed that my muscles has lost it's firmness after losing weight.
I learned that protein helps to build muscles and so I keep eating food rich in protein. But then, some of these food rich in protein are high in uric acid which can cause arthritis. I guess, I have taken so much uric acid that's why I am having a lot of pain.
As I try to find some answer on what food I should eat to lose weight and build strong muscles, I came across this pct post cycle therapy. It's a drug taken to help our body to produce natural hormone to build strong muscles.
I want to lose more weight but I want to make sure that I will not lose muscles. Eating food rich in protein can be the answer, but at the same time, it can also cause some health problems.
