Room For Rent Email Inquiries

I have received two inquiries yesterday for the two vacant rooms that I advertise online. The first one is from a Chinese Homestay student who is already in Canada but looking for a place closer to her school. Unfortunately, my house is also far from her school so I knew this inquiry is just an inquiry.

The second inquiry, was just confirming if the two rooms are still for rent. And that's it. I don't know how should I consider this second inquiry and I hope that this last inquiry will turn out to be something I should be happy about. She seems to be looking for a place near the airport.

Oh well, whether I will have someone to rent one of my rooms or NOT, we still have to jump into something that was a result of a MISFORTUNE. I am still feeeling emotionally disturb about it, but life goes on. I still can't move on because it hasn't started yet, but at least I am starting to prepare myself.
