Doubt But Who Knows

I have another inquiry for the two rooms for rent. This time, the person sounded like she is very willing to send the money via money order for someone who will rent my room. Sounds too good to be true, but I doubt if this is true.
At first she said it was for his son, and now she sounded like she is a homestay agency and that she have someone to have my room rented. But I still give the information that she need for sending money via money order. Who knows, this can be true!!! and I really hope it is true.
